Bruce Sawinski
Scale is a systems problem.
Leadership is a character problem.
I've spent 15+ years building businesses that grew fast and teams that didn't break under the weight of it. I work at the intersection of both.
Helped build a distribution business from four people to nine figures in annual revenue.
Tripled a company's revenue in under two years by rebuilding strategy, channel mix, and execution.
Raised pre-product on thesis and vision alone — then shipped the platform.
Owning big outcomes: revenue, operations, product, and the teams behind them.
I hold the whole business in view.
Most leaders are strong in one lane. My whole career has been about seeing the entire picture at once — how a sourcing decision shows up in cash flow, how a channel strategy lives or dies on the team executing it, how the org chart quietly determines the ceiling on growth.
I've been the first employee and the founder. I've raised the money and shipped the product. I've carried the number and built the team that carried it after me. That range is the point: I don't just advise on strategy, I've had to live with the consequences of it.
Today I split my time between executive leadership, advising founder-led and growth-stage companies, and building things I believe in. I'm a certified practitioner of the Predictable Success framework — trained directly under its author — which gives leadership teams a shared language for why they're stuck and a clear path out.
Underneath all of it: I'm a follower of Jesus, a husband, and a man who believes the way you build is as important as what you build.
Four ways I create leverage.
Whether it's a seat at the table or a season of focused work, the goal is the same: remove the blind spots, build the system, and make growth repeatable.
Executive Leadership
A senior seat owning revenue, growth, or general management. I take the number, build the engine behind it, and lead the people who run it.
Fractional & Advisory
Executive-level judgment without a full-time hire. I pressure-test strategy, structure the org, and give leaders a partner who has actually done it.
Growth & Revenue Architecture
Partnerships, channel strategy, forecasting, and the operating systems that connect sales to supply.
Leadership Alignment
Certified in the Predictable Success framework. I help teams name the stage they're actually in and align around one clear direction.
Don't Playboy
Straight conversation about faith, manhood, discipline, and what it actually costs to become the man you said you'd be. No performance, no polish — just the truth and the work.
The boardroom and the living room run on the same fuel.
You can't compartmentalize character. The discipline that builds a company is the discipline that builds a marriage, a faith, a legacy.
Convictions I don't leave at the door.
These aren't decorations on the strategy. They're the reason the strategy holds.
Faith First
I follow Jesus, and it shapes how I lead, how I negotiate, and how I treat people when there's nothing to gain from it. Integrity isn't a policy — it's the whole foundation.
Clarity Over Comfort
Most companies aren't stuck for lack of effort. They're stuck because no one will say the hard, obvious thing. I'll say it — with respect, and with a plan attached.
Build to Outlast
Anyone can force a good quarter. I'm interested in the systems, the people, and the culture that still work when I'm not in the room.
Notes from the field.
What I've learned building and advising companies through the messy middle.
Hiring for the Company You're Becoming
Most growing companies hire for the org chart they have. The good ones hire for the one they'll need in eighteen months — without over-hiring for a business that doesn't exist yet.
The Partnership Pitch That Actually Wins Shelf Space
Most brands pitch a distribution partner on how good their product is. The partner already assumed that. Here's what they're actually deciding.
Why Your Best Salesperson Shouldn't Run Sales
Promoting your top closer is the most intuitive move available, and one of the most reliable ways to lose both a great seller and a functioning team.
If you're building something that matters, I'd like to hear about it.
